The image to be printed should be black on a white background. If it is a 2-6 color image, each color should be printed as a separate layer. (I can perform color separations for you if you are unable to, but this might cost you extra.) Size the image exactly how you want it to appear on the shirt, or clearly specify the dimensions in inches -- "10 inches wide on front."
I'll do the first 15 minutes of prep work to your images for free, generally that's plenty of time to prepare artwork. After that, a $25/hour fee for graphic clean-up and design applies. I will contact you before charges accumulate.
